client engagement Partner Role

The client engagement partner role here at Practicus will give you the opportunity to develop a services-led sales approach giving Clients access to our full range of services – Resource, Consulting, Ask the Community, Workshops and Events.

You’ll be identifying ‘target’ clients and accounts, which meet commercial and market attractiveness criteria and will generate opportunities for the wider business.

Delivery Consultant Role

The delivery consultant role will offer you the opportunity to work alongside some of the best recruiters in the UK, working with both Interims and clients alike. You will learn to support Consultants to qualify candidates against live requirements. Build and maintain a network of relevant interims. Research markets across various sectors to identify current drivers, clients and roles so as to proactively target relevant interims.  This role has excellent development opportunities into a Consultant role.  

Consultant/ Senior Consultant Role

Here’s a bit about the role:

You’ll promote the Practicus brand and values on both an effective and professional manner. Develop business opportunities for Interim Management within your designated sector. Follow and manage the 360 degree recruitment life cycle and demonstrate key differentiators of our approach at every stage of the recruitment process. Develop detailed knowledge of the interim project management market and place deals within that market. Develop and maintain quality relationships and provide a consistent high level of customer service.
