Delivery Consultant x2

What’s the role?

Practicus has an enviable client base for which we provide a number of services, including; resource, consultancy, events and workshops.

The delivery consultant finds the very best people for a steady stream of recruitment needs generated by our Client Engagement Team (CET) who spend their lives looking after their clients’ varied needs as they navigate change.

Our teams have built up a formidable community of talent over the last 17 years and at the heart of the Delivery Consultant role is continually and proactively building this community, so that we are always able to respond to the needs of our clients with people we know, rate and trust to deliver.

What kind of person do we need?

We want someone who is curious about people’s drivers and what makes them special. We need someone who’s good at listening, someone who can be both proactive and diligent, with strong attention to detail and the ability to influence others. There will be a need for resilience and at times robustness… ultimately each requirement from the CET has to be met with energy, enthusiasm and positivity, no matter how hard.

This role is about being resourceful, organised and working to tight delivery timeframes… collaborating with other team members and building relationships with talented people internally and externally. Some have described this job as piecing together a complex jigsaw puzzle against the clock, using data, trends, snippets of information from myriad conversations… If you’re continually asking yourself how you can improve and you ‘sponge’ information, this role will keep challenging and inspiring you.

Experience Required:

*2-5 years resourcing/delivery experience

*Ex- 360 consultants who prefer to manage the resourcing end of the process

*Previous experience within a sales role

*Proven experience of building long-term relationships

*Problem solver

* Practical, structured and organised

* Strong values and ethics

Why Practicus?

People, culture, values and environment are just some of the reasons our wonderful staff join and stay long-term with us. We’re an ambitious bunch, but we’re more ‘big family’ than corporate, more ‘do the right thing’ than the ‘easy thing’. We care, we share, we win, we lose and we celebrate success together. There are very good reasons people want to work with Practicus… if you’re the curious person with the eye for detail we think you are, we’d relish a conversation to answer your questions.

Senior Recruitment Consultant NHS x2

Our team at Practicus has been supporting the NHS in navigating change for 17 years. In that time, we’ve recruited in excess of 6,500 interims into key roles within this most valued institution. As one of the most prolific and successful suppliers, we are hugely proud of our healthcare division. It played a significant role in helping Practicus be voted number one Interim supplier of the year, 2020 in the Institute of Interim Management annual survey. But accolades aside, this team is well known in the NHS across the country for providing high quality interim capability at 8a and above through to Very Senior Manager (VSM) level talent. We’re trusted and engaged prolifically by senior leaders within the NHS because we really care about the quality of our service and the calibre of the people we provide. Each time we make a placement, we know our reputation is only as good as the delivery that each of our interims performs.

The success of this award-winning team means we are now looking to hire two new exceptional recruiters to cover our NORTHERN REGIONS. Both of the roles are hands on recruiter positions, with one of them suitable for a commercially minded Team Leader / Regional Lead, looking to contribute and help shape our future growth.

We are ideally looking for experienced recruiters with knowledge and a track record of working within the NHS, people who are collaborative, curious and open, but also resilient and resourceful. A good network, an ability to spin many plates and make linkages through an ever-changing healthcare landscape are all important criteria for success in these roles.

These roles will be mostly working from home with occasional meetings at our office locations to collaborate with the wider NHS team. So, if you love what you do in the NHS, but not who you do it for and want to find somewhere to call home in a team with a family feel, then get in touch.

Senior Recruitment Consultant central government

It isn’t often a greenfield opportunity to build a division from scratch presents itself within a well-respected brand with all the right routes to market and framework agreements are in place. For the right person with the right experience, skills and knowledge, this truly is an exceptional and quite unique opportunity.

Our team at Practicus has been successfully supporting key change and transformation agendas in the public sector for nearly two decades. Our focus historically has been heavily centred around Healthcare. We sit on numerous Government frameworks including (CCS, DOS, MCF2, G-Cloud and others) but we have done very little to build our presence in Central Government and we want to change that.

As a consequence, we are looking for a seasoned hands-on 360-degree recruiter with a wealth of experience placing interims into Government departments…someone who can take advantage of our established routes to market and build our brand within the central government sector. We are specifically looking for someone with deep networks and relationships in this space and a track record of having developed and built a presence in this domain.

There has never been a better time for a Community model like Practicus within the public sector. With our purpose and tight focus on helping people navigate change and the strong appetite for our services, including ‘Ask the Community’, Consulting and Interim Management, the professional taking on this role will get to represent our model in a new sector for Practicus.

We are a values driven organisation and our teams are encouraged and given the opportunity to build and maintain lasting business relationships. The right person will be articulate, driven, measured, professional, ambitious, with attention to detail and willing to take ownership and responsibility for the success of this new channel of opportunity for Practicus.

Our ideal is to have someone who has experience of Interim Management and specifically the Project, Programme and Change Management space.

We have offices in Henley-on-Thames and Bristol and this role can be based from either or remotely working from home with occasional meetings at our office locations to collaborate with the wider sales team.
